Below is the list of file types that are currently supported by Herald. Actual availability of each file can vary depending on the product. The "Relevance" column communicates which relevant objects may contain the file.

application A PDF provided by the institution containing a summary of the submitted application. Quote
cyber_risk_assessment A PDF report provided by the institution outlining the applicants cyber risks. Only relevant for cyber insurance products. Quote
quote_summary A PDF provided by the institution containing details of the provided quote. May contain additional marketing materials and application information. Quote
policy_specimen A PDF provided by the institution containing a sample Insurance Policy provided for informational purposes. This document outlines outlines the terms, conditions, & coverage details offered in the prospective policy. Quote
declarations A PDF provided by the institution containing a summary of the purchased policy, including premium, coverage limits, coverage deductibles and more. Policy
policy A PDF provided by the institution containing the purchased Insurance Policy. This document outlines outlines the terms, conditions, & coverage details offered in the purchased policy. Policy
binder An insurance binder is a temporary, sometimes conditional, policy that serves as a placeholder until your formal policy is issued. At Herald, a binder may be provided on a policy before actions are completed, and once actions are completed the policy will be provided. Policy
endorsement A PDF provided by the institution detailing modifications or amendments to the purchased policy. Policy
signed_application A signed copy of the application file. An institution may require that the applicant signs the application in order to bind. These signed applications are uploaded by you when relevant. We support uploading PDF, JPEG, and PNG files. Bind Application, Actions (uploaded)
